THAI SPICED LAMB CUTLETS

Need a super easy and delicious meal in a hurry? Mix a tablespoon of Pantry to Plate’s amazing Thai Seven Spice blend with some olive oil and brush over lamb cutlets. Cook on the grill and serve with a salad or your favourite sides. Delish!!!


Ingredients

8 Lamb Cutlets
1 Tbsp Thai Seven Spice
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Sea salt


Method

  1. Mix Thai Seven Spice and Oil.
  2. Marinate cutlets with mixture, and season to taste.
  3. On a hot grill, cook cutlets for 3-4 minutes each side (or to longer if preferred)
  4. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
