Method
- Preheat oven to 180 Degrees C
- Combine potatoes, Rosemary, Oregano, oil and salt in a bowl and mix until potatoes are well coated
- Place potatoes on a baking tray lined with baking paper
- Cook for 40 minutes, or until cooked through. (You can test this by using a skewer, potatoes should be soft)
- Serve immediately
