GARLIC, PRAWNS & CHORIZO LINGUINI

Craving pasta but don’t feel like a heavy sauce? Try this delicious Garlic, Prawn and Chorizo Linguini. Cooked in Chilli infused oil and featuring Pantry to Plate’s unreal Italian Herbs Blend, this easy recipe will quickly be a regular addition to your repertoire.  


Ingredients

1 Tbs Chilli Infused Oil 
250g Large Prawns, peeled and de-veined 
½ Chorizo Sausage, sliced 
1 ½ Tbs Italian Herbs 
1 Clove Garlic, crushed 
100g Linguini 
¼ Tsp Salt 

Method

  1. Cook linguini as per pack instructions, until al dante  
  2. Heat chilli infused oil in frypan 
  3. Add Chorizo and crushed Garlic and cook for approx. 5 min or until Chorizo starts to brown 
  4. Add prawns and cook for a further 2 min 
  5. Add linguini, Italian Herbs and salt and stir through 
  6. Serve immediately
