CINNAMON SUGAR TWIRLS

A sweet treat that tastes just a good as it looks. Our Cinnamon Sugar Twirls, made with Pantry to Plate Co’s incredible 100% all natural Ground Cinnamon goes great with a cuppa and some ice-cream!


Ingredients

1 Sheet Puff Pastry 
1 Tbs Cinnamon 
1 Tbs White Sugar 
1 Tbs Olive Oil 
Icing Sugar to dust 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180° C 
  2. Using a fork, place holes in pastry sheet 
  3. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, slice pastry into strips  
  4. Combine Cinnamon and oil, mixing until well combined 
  5. Coat pastry with mixture, and then sprinkle with White Sugar 
  6. Twist pastry into desired shapes (for this recipe, we twisted them into round spirals)  
  7. Place pastry on baking tray lined with baking paper 
  8. Cook for 12-15 minutes, or until pastry is slightly golden 
  9. Once cooled, dust with icing sugar
